The Metzner AM 5000 models offer automation for wire processing up to 185 mm² | 350 MCM cross-section and 35 mm | 1.38″ diameter. The particularly powerful motors provide the necessary power as standard. A power booster is therefore not necessary. This makes the Metzner AM 5000 more attractively priced than some other machines that do not come with extras as standard.
Particularly gentle power transmission and therefore precise cuts
The particularly long tape feeds ensure that the cable is guided cleanly to the knife. The patented Metzner double blade not only offers you more flexibility because you can process a greater variety of cables. It also ensures precise multi-stage stripping. This in turn increases your ROI, as the quality of production is also improved.
Intelligent integration of the printers plus fully equipped software as a standard
With the Metzner AM 5000 automatic cable cutting and stripping machines, all the software is on board as standard, so there are no extra costs. Both the PC and MES integration and the parts list program come at no extra charge. This complete equipment makes the Metzner AM 5800 and AM 5850 particularly interesting in terms of price. In addition, all interfaces for the integration of peripherals and printers are available. These can be intelligently integrated either individually or in pairs. If the printer heads are positioned either directly before or after the cutting head, this reduces the number of reject parts and therefore the costs.
