METZNER DRC AND DRS: THE PERFECT WAY OF DEREELING

Dereelers for all packaging formats and different materials

We offer you a choice of six different passive dereelers for nearly every material. If you are looking for motorized dereelers, you will find it at our brand Ramatech.

You can combine the passive dereelers with an electrically driven pre-feeder.

  • Metzner DRS 1.600 for spools up to 20 kg | 44.1 lbs and 250 mm | 9.8 width
  • Metzner DRS 2.850 for spools up to 850 mm | 2'9" outer diameter
  • Metzner DRS 3.1000 for drums up to 1,000 kg | 2,204 lbs and 600 mm | 2' width
  • Metzner Dereeling table for wound and elastic materials. For coil diameters of 1,000 mm | 3'3"; 1,200 mm | 3'11" or 1,600 mm | 5'3"
  • Metzner DRC 1.800 for spools up to 800 mm | 2'7" outer diameter. For flexible locations, also stackable
  • Metzner DRC 1.1000 for spools up to 1,000 mm | 3'3" outer diameter. For flexible locations
