The Metzner ST-OB is all in one; a film cutting machine, a rubber cutting machine and also a plastics cutting machine. Whether cutting film automatically or shaping rubber or plastic, the Metzner ST-OB always scores with a number of important technical features. Using a hand crank, the operator can very precisely set the pressure with which the material is fed to the blade via the feed belt. This allows the expert operator to react to differences in the batches or other conditions that require a pressure change.
Another special feature is the pneumatic cylinder specially developed by Metzner. This is optimized for both the cutting speed and the power of the machine. It also vents faster and therefore ensures a better cycle rate. It is available with punch-, shear and draw cut.
